2. User Qualifications and Responsibilities

1. You should have full civil capacity, or be a legally authorized representative of an enterprise/organization, and guarantee that the information provided is true, accurate and complete.

• Not to upload data containing viruses, trojans or other malicious programs

1. The services we provide are based on current technical levels and do not guarantee the prediction accuracy of AI models or the absolute correctness of data recognition results.

2. We are not responsible for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network interruption, government policies, etc.).

3. Legal disputes caused by data content uploaded and processed by users shall be the responsibility of the user, and we shall not bear joint liability.

7. Fees and Payment

3. Unless otherwise agreed, paid service fees are non-refundable.
